HR Business Partner Assistant
Requirements
Basic knowledge of applicable labor legislation, including contract management and HR documentation handling.
Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to generate accurate reports and manage data bases effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level minimum), with a service-oriented mindset and a professional approach toward all team members.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently in a remote setting, and collaborate proactively within a team.

Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented, ensuring the accuracy and quality of records and reports.
Proactive and responsible attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
